在電子萬(wàn)能試驗(yàn)機(jī)試樣不斷鉗口、鉗口內(nèi)、平行段或標(biāo)距外，會(huì)有幾種特殊類型的材料，與材料本身的特性及適用的環(huán)境要求。截至現(xiàn)在，解決的辦法并不多。濟(jì)南華衡試驗(yàn)設(shè)備有限公司總結(jié)了以下四種七情況：

、鋼絲、鋼絞線由于試樣硬度高，內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)相對(duì)松懈，在拉伸實(shí)驗(yàn)過程中受力不均勻，夾持試樣的鉗口易磨損等緣由，夾具一向未得到好的解決。以前是夾鋁箔來(lái)做，一次實(shí)驗(yàn)就需要四片鋁箔，浪費(fèi)較大?，F(xiàn)在采用了噴涂金剛砂的電子萬(wàn)能試驗(yàn)機(jī)夾具，打滑問題已經(jīng)解決，但是斷口方位始終未能理想，10根試樣的成功率也就一半。

第二、有關(guān)變形量大的材料因?yàn)樽冃芜^大，電子電子萬(wàn)能試驗(yàn)機(jī)所以?shī)A持困難，夾具的設(shè)計(jì)就是一個(gè)難點(diǎn)，對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)人員的要求就較高了。

第三、對(duì)需要在高溫環(huán)境下做的實(shí)驗(yàn)，夾具的要求較嚴(yán)格，要耐高溫不變形和體積小，所以普通的實(shí)驗(yàn)機(jī)廠家來(lái)說(shuō)，是比較難解決的，但是耗費(fèi)的資源較大。
